What we do and what we need!

Since the first launch of our site seven years ago, link-mail.com was designed as a community site...and still is! The purpose of our continuous operation is to provide only hand-selected but relevant links covering various topics, especially business & finance, culture & travel, mystery, religion & metaphysics, science as well as family & health.

One distinctive feature we are using is that we are sending out all these links at once via email using 24/7 autoresponders, but without any commitments or follow ups for the requester.

For many a great time saver, those ezines are high quality resources and good starting points for many reseaches. I would like to expand this idea beyond our current batch of over 170 free available ezines (called also link-mail letters) covering about 8000 links today, so I need your help.

Since in-depth research of the links is very time consuming I would be glad to see you being part of our community helping us by providing some of the links visitors of your particular topic may be searching for. As a bonus, if you fill out the form below completely by respecting our requirements, we will link back to your site via an ad in the new established ezine. You will also be mentioned in our upcoming contributor page if you have provided at least 5 complete topics as per our policies.

You can provide links about any topic you like and especially the ones where you are the AUTHORITY, SPECIALIST or EXPERIENCED HOBBIEST. For example, it could be about technical, medical, historical, scientifical, 3D computer art or any other area of information. It could target to greater public interest or in hinsight for a more narrowly focused audience.

Remember that we can accept almost any topic that interests YOU as long as our quality guidelines being met and the form below has been filled completely. Incomplete forms will be rejected, we do not have the time to further research or correct hundreds of additional topics. If you help us, please do as outlined.

Don't worry about your English or marketing skills. We're trying our best that your special guest publication can be found as we integrate it seamingless into our site.

Provide A Title Of Your Topic

eg.: Nanotechnology - Facts, Trends & News eg.: BMWs New Concept Cars - Images & Galleries eg.: Mars Settlements - Discussions & Images Make it short but meaningful. Most important keyword phrases first. But don't stuff them. Rather, think what your visitor will see in the search engine and what may makes them click for your page.

Provide A One Line Sub-Title

eg.: Quality Business Links eg.: Social Networks You Can Trust Only a few words, not more than six to eight. Related loosely, but not repeating the ones in the title.

Write A Short Synopsis/Overview

Should be at least two lines (65 characters each or about 20 words per line) but no more than about the maximum of 300 (35-40 words). Think carefully what you write here. If the visitors do not like your synopsis/introduction they will leave the page at once.

Write A Short Editorial (Introduction)

To be used INSIDE the newsletter, discussing the links or topics to be followed. A kind of introduction to the theme you are using. About 800-1500 characters (150-300 words). Should not be too difficult to write since you do know the nature of the links you are providing.

Provide Your Links (One Per Line)

eg.: http://www.yourdomain.com/ eg.: http://www.thisdomain.com/new/abc.html At least 30 to a given topic. If you have more, that's even better. We will select the best of them. Our goal is to have at least 20 useful links for our visitors. Try to avoid links guiding to pages looking like a 10 year old kid made them. There are alway alternatives. As more professional a page looks like, as more likely we will accept that link. If you like you can provide sub-topics too, but not more than three. Do NOT provide links to your own site in this section. No need to document those links, we will visit all of them. You can provide a short title for the paragraph containing the links however. Note that we will not accept MFA, adult, warez and sites full of ads as well as (sales-) landing pages and stores. There are few exceptions from this rule but it must be a good reason given to us to break our own quality control guidelines. We also do not accept pages full of links, especially external ones, even if highly relevant. We can't check them all and often many of them do not working at all. We want to avoid any bad user experience from our site. Our continuous goal is to provide QUALITY links and as much INFORMATIONAL in nature. No links to commercial products unless you think truely that the product is outstanding and related to your topic. We strive that the majority of the provided links guide to quality articles, free courses and sites with mostly free available but excellent contents. Sites where our visitors need to be members in order to see the information will not be accepted. Just think it this way: If you read one of our letters send to you via your request, what do you expect to get?

Provide Your Short Biography (optional)

Your short 3-5 lines BIOGRAPHY+ one reference link. This reference link of course can be of commercial nature. Do not link to Adult, Warez etc. Sites. As a guide, we do not allow to link to sites as forbidden via the adwords or adsense program
